    Really good beach service and staff attentiveness.

    I was really disappointed with my stay. The value for what we paid was unacceptable. The room was dark and quite cramped. To top it off, we lacked basic amenities which added to our frustration.

    The position of this resort is unsurpassed absolute beauty and superb enviroment.Resort facilities and staff are excellent.

    When booking a garden bungalow ensure that you are placed well away from the staff cantina whichis placed in the center of the resort.

    Five star and attentive staff on the beach and beach bar service, beautifully maintained bungalow. Stunning and marvellous location for our visit to a beautiful island a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

    Waking up in my Beautiful Double Room Sea View with amazing views of the serene bay was a game-changer! Each morning, I indulged in a breakfast spread that was nothing short of good, complete with fresh fruits and pastries paired with Prosecco for the perfect mimosas. And let me tell you, the attentive staff was genuinely committed to.

    The beachfront location was perfect, with direct access to Isola Bella and amazing views of the sea. The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and tv. The spa offered relaxing body treatments and couples massages, while the breakfast featured delicious pastries and fresh juices. A lovely experience!

    The rooms were beautiful and regularly attended to by cleaning staff who all greeted us whenever they met us on the hotel grounds. The reception staff were all very friendly as were most of the breakfast staff. The fact that it is on the beach makes it so easy to go straight from breakfast to the sea. Towels and sunbeds were provided. It was all lovely and modern and the grounds were really well kept!

    We thought that the staff in the bar /restaurant weren't very welcoming or polite and if anything we felt awkward there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we went in to the restaurant to get lunch. I thought €14 was a little steep for burger and potato chips but when my husband received the burger with nothing else we were still charged the full price. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner in the resort at all - you can get much better value for money elsewhere! I also went in to buy a bottle of water one evening to bring back to the room. When I went to pay €4 cash for it the man just sarcastically said "Seriously?" expecting me to put it on my room. He seemed a little irritated having to get me change......... lovely hotel - just don't bother with restaurant / bar!

    Very helpful staff; unusual, well designed room accomodation; lovely outlook from the beach to La Bella Isola

    An overpriced winelist; being pestered by itinerants on the beach offering massage every few minutes (although I'm not sure what the hotel can do about this)
